How are you doing?

    Pause life and think.

    Go to tinyorange.co/stem and choose a question to answer in one or two complete sentences. Sumit your response no later than five minutes into the start of class.
Submit
  • What’s one thing you noticed about your surroundings this morning that you usually overlook?
  • What’s the “noise” in your brain today, and can you turn the volume down a notch?
  • If your thoughts were weather, what’s the forecast?
  • What’s one small thing you can do right now to make yourself feel 1% more balanced?
  • How’s your breathing? (Yes, I mean it literally. You forgot again, didn’t you?)
  • What’s something that made you smile today — or at least not frown?
  • If your body could send you a text message, what would it say? (Hint: “Maybe drink some water?”)
Do Now (Five Minutes)
  • Take out your folder and put everything else away and against the wall. 
  • ​Put your backpacks along the carrot wall
  • Write in your planner (see me if you want more info on what to write).
  • If you are submitting a "Most Recent Button" question, use the following criteria:
Answer in full sentences - compound, preferably. Capitalize the first letter of the first word and punctuate properly. Don't spell your academic vocabulary words wrong. They're all over the walls, shelves, void, and internet.
