In a world of pain and insurmountable suffering, I am not too proud to ask for help, as I keep my family afloat while keeping my students safe, happy, and educated.
Here and now, I’m not asking for help. I’ve been through things I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy (I don’t have said enemies, but I understand the concept).
I haven’t had it easy, but others have had it worse.
